Quick intro- I’m the CEO of a mental health peer network and we support people around the globe battling everything from suicidal feelings to self harm, anxiety and depression by connecting them with peer supporters and trained volunteers in times of need- we’ve seen big increases in anxiety and stress around crypto over the last four months (before the drop) and as you are all at the crypto forefront - it would be great to compile a few of your coping tips / advice for anyone battling. Less market advice or “just hodl” and more how you look after yourselves. We’re going to publish for our community - might also be helpful for anyone struggling here.
