Private message chaintip with a link (url) to the post or comment whose author you'd like to tip, and you'll be sent instructions to tip them.
This idea was suggested to me by u/Erdogantalk and it's useful in places like r_bitcoin (we all know what happens there) or r_india where the gov could control the subreddit and doesn't want cryptocurrencies becoming popular.
