Sites like coin.dance have historically tracked development proposal support from miners, for things like big blocks and segwit. Should BCH start to have miners signaling for our hardfork upgrades? This seems healthy.

What does everyone think? What are the pros and cons of having miners signal. Is it healthy? Or is it better to give the developers more power and let them decide changes and the miners just follow without signaling how they feel to the market? Interested in everyone's thoughts and how we might proceed to get miners on board for signaling in the next hard fork.
