The latest filing in Kleiman v Wright is the plaintiff's response to Wright's most recent motion to dismiss. You might recall that Wright's motion was originally submitted with a exhibit purportedly demonstrating that David Kleiman had made Uyen Nguyen a director of W&K. That document was quickly shown to be a forgery. Wright's sycophants have since claimed the forgery was produced by Kleiman.
Today's filing shows that to be yet another in a long string of lies. Not only was the fraudulent email produced by Wright, so were additional documents that allude to his active creation of the forgery. Shortly before the forged PDF was created (according to its metadata time stamps) Wright sent a draft of the message from himself to himself! While I'm sure some moronic explanation for this will be concocted (wow, that was even dumber than expected), the evidence is pretty overwhelming: Wright attempted to defraud the court by submitting a forged email.
