By CCN: The Dow suffered a full-blown crisis on Monday, as the US stock market suffered a brutal collapse after President Trump single-handedly destroyed months of US-China trade war progress and threw the entire trade deal into jeopardy. Dow Careens Toward Excruciating Crash The Dow Jones Industrial Average plunged more than 400 points at the opening bell and continued to trade significantly lower even after paring losses. As of 11:03 am ET, the Dow had lost 228.48 points or 0.86%; the DJIA last traded at 26,276.47. The S&P 500 slid 0.93% to 2,918.37, and the Nasdaq plummeted 1% to 8,082.49
