So yesterday I tried using a btc mixer for the first time, I decided on using ultramixer because it seemed to have a decent reputation and the service fee was really low. I sent the btc waiting for it to pop up and ... nothing, I used the QR code to scan the address so I know I didn’t input it the wrong way, I waited 12 hours to contact customer service. I contacted both of their emails to receive... nothing. I checked the wallet that was the intended output and the balance is unchanged. Have any of you had any similar problems when using a mixer, was the problem resolved? If yes then how so? Any help would be appreciated, it’s a very wild feeling to just have your btc just up and vanish...
