exchange will decide which chain is BCH based on various facts: price , domain ,public opinion
but the key fact is price.
During the fork ,there will be a price war between BCHN chain and ABC chain.
if BCHN < ABC , the chance of BCHN getting BCH title is 0%
if BCHN > ABC, there will be a chance for BCHN to get BCH title. The more price gap is ,the more chance BCHN will win.
the price war may start from beginning of BCH fork future and end within a few weeks after November 15.
Remember: when the fork actually occurs , the hash will follow the price , it will never determine price
