They are really creating a problem (here's ours: https://i.imgur.com/0xdvaPX.png https://i.imgur.com/tvU0jL9.png) for Bitcoin Cash network by mining empty blocks.. and they have no incentive to stop unless the network starts to hurt them financially.
0-conf is good, but you can't avoid 50 tx chained limit unless there are blocks with transactions.
EDIT: As I point out below, if you are worried about censoring their transactions, just consider the fact that Hathor is censoring our transactions right now. They are an attacker.
