Point me in the right direction - have old BCH wallets with a little bit - pre BCH fork(s)

I have a few BCH wallets that are old (was using Electron Cash 3.2 circa 2018). I do not keep up with stuff, but I've read that BCH has forked, what twice now? The last time I managed to split coins was the BTC/BCH split.

1. What are the current BCH protocols (I see floating around "Node" which I think is just core BCH, ABC, and BSV)
2. Is it possible to get into the wallets and split my coins so that I can have them on the main BCH protocol and the others?
3. If #2 is possible, is there a guide somewhere I can read?
4. I also have a tiny bit on the bitcoin.com wallet app (phone). My suspicion here is that splitting is unlikely.
5. I found this guide (split Bitcoin SV from Bitcoin Cash ABC), but that seems premature from where I am sitting.
