Hi guys, so recently I'm accepted a BTC payment for a freelance job I've done for a client. However, they insisted they transfer it to me over Coinseason.io because that's what their company uses. But, because my account as so new and I received over their threshold of 0.1BTC for accounts under 7 days old they're making me go through a lengthy process of 'proving the legitimacy' of the funds, meaning I can't withdraw it to coinbase or even a cold wallet. Has anyone else ever had any experience with this platform? I've supplied their customer service team with My drivers license, a photo of my hold the license, a utility bill, along with the signed agreement from my client, an invoice that has my address on it along with a screenshot of the conversation with the client over Telegram. And I still haven't heard back from them in quite a while, any help is appreciated.
